Kozuke Ivory

Kozuke is a good quality, versatile and economical paper perfect for a variety of uses including painting, drawing, and printmaking. It is available in off white or ivory and in 2 weights - 45gsm & 65gsm. One side is smooth and the reverse is matte.

Because this paper is sized it is suitable for water-based woodblock printing (mokuhanga), watercolour & gouache. The ivory is coloured with direct dyes (synthetic). Machine made. It is also bought by conservators for backing old prints and maps.
